WebAWI: Automated Scheduling & Performance Tracking System

WebAWI is a web-based management system designed to digitalize staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance reporting for Widyaprada (AWI). As an IT Business Analyst/System Analyst, I analyzed the existing business processes, identified operational pain points, defined system requirements and business rules, and translated them into functional and technical specifications. The system introduces automated monthly scheduling, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), centralized performance data, and a self-service dashboard. I designed the system architecture through DFD, Use Case Diagram, ERD, UI flow, and error-handling specifications, while collaborating on the implementation using Laravel and MySQL. The project transformed a previously manual, spreadsheet-based workflow into a centralized digital platform that improves scheduling efficiency, data traceability, and transparency of staff performance.
